System Status: 
1/13: Tidemark is available with December Close actuals.
1/18: All Endowment payout calculations are up to date based on December Actuals.  Please review the Annual Trends panel to validate which years have been calculated.
1/26: Endowment Calculations did not complete last night and are being manually rerun at the moment.

Maintenance Schedule

Tidemark Authority

• Typically updated nightly, but the schedule may be impacted by patches.
• Changes made in Authority Manager before 6:30 pm are updated into Tidemark nightly.  If the update involves an authority role that is new for an org code, the changes are processed the following Tuesday morning. Urgent updates can be done as needed; contact the UBO to request an off-cycle update.

Maintenance Windows

Every Day: 11:00 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning. This maintenance includes a daily “reboot” of all services and aims to improve system performance throughout the remainder of the day. A secondary reboot is also being administered during the lunch hour 12-12:30, to help with performance delays during peak seasons.

Additionally, manual processes are run in the system Monday evenings 7:30 - 10 pm, and all day Sunday. The system will still be up during these times, but you will experience additional slowness during these times and may want to schedule accordingly.
